When I'm shopping/buying vintage, I rarely look at sizes, I just try it on and if I can make it work, I'll buy it. Sizes change by decade.

By Hollywood Standards, I am fat. {which I think is ridiculous}

The key, in my opinion to dressing and looking great, is really just figuring out what works best on your body, regardless of size. Accentuate your goods, hide your flaws. If you can squeeze into a 2 when you're actually a 6 I guarantee you are not doing yourself any favors. No one can see that size tag but they can sure see your muffin top ;)

I have a fairly good body image. Although, don't get me wrong, when I go over my top weight, I don't like the way it feels ...and I cut back on the sweets. I don't really exercise regularly but I do stretch often ...sometimes an hour before bed, a mix of yoga/pilates/my own moves. I try to stay very active {taking the stairs instead of the elevator, random and sporadic outbreaks of dance, hand stands, butt flexes while driving ;}, although I know I'm going to have to start being more regularly active very soon just to keep what I got.

I learned in my teens that I was never going to be "skinny" but I accepted that ...it may have helped that the supermodels of my time were glamazons {Cindy, Claudia, Linda, Naomi ...except for Kate} ...and the women I thought were beautiful and sexy were curvy. I also realized that curves are more fun {and beautiful} to look at {and to touch} than bones are ...and I think most men, most everybody would agree to that.

My motto is, if you go in and out -in all the right places, you got it goin' on!
