The Style

Dresses are probably my favorite article of clothes. I love taking a statement dress and pairing it with nude heels as I've done in this outfit. It really focuses all the attention on the dress. With the interesting color and sleeves of this dress, it really needed very toned down shoes and purse.

Occasion

I wore this dress to church. For me, church is a great place to try out potentially outrageous clothing because it's church and no one's going to judge you. ;)

Lookbook Outfit Breakdown...

This dress is brandless. I found it at a thrift store for 50 cents and is doesn't have a tag, taking a closer looks at the hems, it looks like it was handmade. It is vintage, as is the purse which I also picked up at a thrift store years ago for $4. The brand of the purse is Ganson. My nude heels are Elle from Kohl's.
